When you are the one who makes something new you can often forget to put a special trademark on it. If you do not put that trademark on what you just did then someone else might rip it off without you knowing about it and claim it as their’s! You won’t have any proof that it is not because you did not use the trademark symbol. Using this symbol can save you a lot of problems and trouble.

With this symbol you can now put your fears at ease because you can sue them if they rip something off with a trademark. It would be against the law and you can protect your company with it but without the symbol you can’t.

It does not take much for someone to copy and steal your work. Without that symbol there you are just asking for people to use your stuff because you can’t take action unless if that mark is there. It only takes two seconds to add in but it is very much worth it.
